Hurts so good! Exploring pain processing
Presented by Sinderellie
Pain. It is a significant part of what many of us do in this lifestyle. It is what some of us crave, need, and enjoy. But why? When? How? Where? Under what circumstances?
Processing pain is a very personal and individual thing and everyone does it differently. However, that does not mean that there aren't some common factors and things to learn that may help one's individual process. This insight will deal with ways to process pain, different levels of pain enjoyment, and the important role mood and headspace play in how you process pain. There will also be a discussion on practical applications, like different sensations, implements, the body's natural reactions, and most importantly, how to use breathing, visualization and focus to achieve a higher level of processing.
This insight is for those who enjoy pain at any level and in any capacity. It can also be useful knowledge for those who like to inflict pain. This is the knowledge that I've gathered from my experience and throughout my 7 years of interacting with others in the lifestyle. Please bring your questions as there will be time for Q&A at the end for discussion.

06/22/13 - Ask the Sexologist!
(presented by Dr. Robert)
Description:
This is an open forum where the audience is invited to ask any questions that is desired about sex, sexuality, BDSM, and intimacy. Dr. Robert will be happy to answer questions honestly and authoritatively from his years of experience studying these areas and more.
07/20/13 - Slavery for the Rest of Us
(presented by julie_R)
Description:
Face it, slavery is not a breeze. I don't know any s-type who wakes up looking like June Cleaver, or even Lucy Ricardo. Most of us roll out of bed in the morning, shuffle off to find coffee, and blink through the haze as we wonder how many blissful moments of solitude we're going to have before our loving Dominant wakes up. Can you be a good submissive/slave when you live in the real world with a lot of real things to do? Sure you can! This class will discuss just that.
08/03/13 - Faith & Trust in the M/s Dynamic
(presented by Master George and slave bren)
Description:
We all come into the world trusting without question - we believe what our parents tell us, what our society tells us and what our own experiences tell us. But as time goes on, our trust in those around us and what we think we know is tested and it is often broken. A slave or submissive grants a sweeping degree of authority over their choices, and this often conflicts with our cultural upbringing.
09/21/13 - Self-Rejection and Social Anxiety Class: ''You couldn't be that into me''
(presented by Kayla Crowe and MadCubsFan)
Description:
Do you not pursue people that you are interested in because you are sure they will not like you or respond positively to you? Self-rejection is about presuming how the other person is going to respond and taking from them the right to their own decisions about you. Some of what you will learn will be about expectation management and allowing conversations that may seem daunting to take place more naturally.
